About Celinda Valeur

Celinda Valeur founded Rincon Productions in 2005 with the help of Women's Economic Ventures, WEV. After taking the Self Employment Training she was empowered to start her own company where she could express her creative talent.

Celinda graduated from California State University Northridge and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television Production in 1998. She has worked in places such as Nickelodeon (The Amanda Show and Cousin Skeeter) and Access Hollywood.

Celinda became a news editor for Channel 62, a Spanish language television station. She also acquired non-linear editing system and started doing her own video productions.

Currently, Celinda is working in a couple of projects and has teamed up with Pixley Flix Productions giving birth to Surfer Divas. She also served on the board of directors for the Community Media Access Channel, CMAC.

Rincon Productions name was inspired by the famous surfing spot in Carpinteria where Celinda and her family live.
